Biomechanical Analysis Refutes Previous PCEs
A decision made by the Honorable Randall L. Hansen for the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals used data provided by Dr. Theodore Becker to determine that two previous physical capacity evaluations did not accurately report the injured worker's work ability. In disagreeing with the conclusions of two different PCEs, Judge Hansen relied on Dr. Becker’s biomechanical analysis of surveillance video to conclude that their findings were not credible.
